Absolutely professional! Our dog had a little mishap with an ink cartridge while lounging on the sofa. A quick call to Brayden, and he arrived within half an hour to tackle the ink stain before it set in. His customer service is outstanding; he truly cares about delivering the best results for his clients. We’ve also had him clean our carpets throughout the house, and once again, we were extremely happy with the results and the level of service.
