State Farm customer since 1966. New town, new agent Luke Smith did not give clear answer to why insurance would not cover damaged windshield. Did not return phone calls. Promised to meet with me but never called. Never seemed to have time to help me with many excuses. I spent my own money, over $1k, to pay for new windshield. Terrible. Been with this agent since we moved to the area 6 years ago. Now, never replies to any email or phone call and it is proving next to impossible to cancel the insurance. Avoid at all costs. I should note. We have never in our lives had an insurance claim.
