These are terrible people to deal with. They took my money and left me with half of the roof done and multiple leaks that I never even had. My job was $300,000. Once they collected enough money they took off. They haven’t paid the supply company for the $100,000 in metal panels and left me with a roof that just has the Versashield installed. They finished the work with many defects, the last inspection is missing and it hasn't been close to 9 months, that Mr. Ignacio does not answer the cell phone, I send email to the owner, he does not answer the emails either. Be very careful they don't do the job well. Now I have to go to Broward County to file the complaints of not finishing and they don't give me the permits.
Luke Skybuilder installed a new roof on my home and never finished what they promised to do. They did not do the job properly by using metal flashing on the roof which caused leaks inside the house. They promised in writing to repair the faulty work they did replacing the balcony and then never showed up to do the work. Even with lawyers involved they do not care and back up their work. If i could give 0 stars, i would. Stay always from this company. They give you 10 year warranty and then they disappear. I did my roof with this company, everything went great. A year later, the roof starts leaking. I call the contractor and he promises us that he will pass by to check it out. To our surprise, he never does. We call him, no answer.
