I went in for blonde hair and a butterfly cut, but left with a bad haircut and almost no noticeable color change. Afterward, I was told by the owner that she personally wouldn’t have taken me as a client because of the risk involved, yet the service still went ahead with the owners approval with a level 1 stylist.
