SCAM!! Luke came out and opened up my A/C and told me what was wrong and said he didn’t have the part. Charged 125 dollars and left the unit opened and laying on top of the camper. Said he would order the part and that it would take two days. I’ve called and texted repeatedly and no answer and no text reply. I’m out 125 bucks and I have to put my stuff I paid him to do back together. This is the cheapest of cheap.
While in Galveston, a strong wind came up and tore my slide-out awning off my class A. I also had a couple other issue that needed repair. When I arrived in Aransas Pass, I called Luke for the repair. He does good work, and seems to be very knowledgeable and likable. However, he never showed up when he said he would. I made several appointments over a two week period, but when I left Aransas Pass, my awning was still not repaired. The lousy part is that I spent many days waiting for him to show up for nothing.
