If I could give zero stars, I would. Bob is a real "gem" of a man. He's insulting to buyers (as seller's agent). His very demeanor is abrasive. He did not follow up with the seller (we were the buyers) to be certain everything on her end was done - and since she's an older widow, she NEEDED extra guidance that BOB DID NOT PROVIDE. I've bought and sold many houses in the past and have NEVER encountered a person or a transaction as unpleasant as this one.
