Luke Patrick helped me land a house in mid-2023 when the market was competitive. He was flexible with scheduling and listened to my concerns about the type of house that I was looking for. We got outbid on quite a few houses as my budget wasn’t huge, but every time we did, Luke was right there with a new list of houses to look at. I don’t think I could’ve gotten a house without him. 10/10.
