Recently switched to Dr. Ouyang after moving to Frisco. I've seen him twice now as a new patient. Recently he denied my prescription refill (which I've been taking for 17 years) because I hadn't seen him in 6 months. I understand elderly or somebody with serious health issues going to the doctor that frequently, but for a 31 year old in good health being "required" to see your doctor every 4-6 months, just to get my prescription refilled is ridiculous. Dr.Ouyang is the best and I would recommend him to anyone seeking care and a provider that will care for and about them. Office manager however is something else, she is rude and dishonest.
My husband went to get blood work done. He has needle phobia, so he had to lay down to recover after his blood was drawn. A female white phlebotomist handed him a juice and he drank it. He immediately got dizzy and threw up. He checked the juice and it was 1 year expired. Highly unprofessional to not check juices to be expired for a year. Also, the manager did not handle the situation professionally, but just said she will threw other juices away.
