Garbage company that doesn't care !
Weirdest Luke’s ever! #1 gets stared down while getting cappachino after working all night (literally weird bcuz then stared from cap machine while in line to pay… weird stare) #2 guy couldn’t cash my 10.00 scratch off for me to spend 8.00 because drawer has to be 380 or something??? I felt so weird I wanted to run but can’t because I have multiple sclerosis and walk with a limp. There’s always something going on with this car wash. For a couple months the plate scanners were all over the place as far as function goes. I was told that my “damaged plate” was the reason why the gates weren’t opening when I pulled up. Got a new plate and the scanners still didn’t work. Figured the issue wasn’t related to my plate (as proven) as I never had an issue until this very specific point. Main reason why I’m canceling. I rated it one star because I used to work for Luke’s. I worked there for over 4 months as a food specialist. Understand if you were late by even a minute you would get pointed. I ended up being late and I was fired. I got 3 write up’s in a week for little things that most jobs wouldn’t write you up for. After I was fired I called HR but for some reason everytime you call you can never get a hold of someone who works there. I wanted to speak to Dana who is CEO of LFOB and yet I cannot speak to her.
