I rated it one star because I used to work for Luke’s. I worked there for over 4 months as a food specialist. Understand if you were late by even a minute you would get pointed. I ended up being late and I was fired. I got 3 write up’s in a week for little things that most jobs wouldn’t write you up for. I was at the store on Taft and 73rd, I cashed some lottery tickets in and then was going to purchase a couple more but the cashier (Brent) told me he couldn’t sell them to me I had to get them out of the machine. I asked why he giggled and said the tickets weren’t ready. I go to the machine put 60 in and purchase 20 dollars in power ball cross the board, the machine then states that the printer isn’t working to get the clerk. I will never go there ever again
Purchased several car washes for future use from the Luke on Ridge in Griffith. Went to use them were both expired. Neither receipt had an expiration date. When the clerk came over he stated they last for 48 hours. Again no expiration dates. I've left two phone calls and an email and no response. It's not the money it's the principal of the matter.
This place seriously does not know what is going on and how to handle situations. Being a monthly car wash member since they had opened we have had numerous issues with our plates not being able to be read by the cameras. Managers would enter-re-enter our plate. We find out we have been paying for 3 accounts one plate not even ours and has been going on for a couple months.
