I will never go there ever again
Purchased several car washes for future use from the Luke on Ridge in Griffith. Went to use them were both expired. Neither receipt had an expiration date. When the clerk came over he stated they last for 48 hours. Again no expiration dates. I've left two phone calls and an email and no response. It's not the money it's the principal of the matter.
This place seriously does not know what is going on and how to handle situations. Being a monthly car wash member since they had opened we have had numerous issues with our plates not being able to be read by the cameras. Managers would enter-re-enter our plate. We find out we have been paying for 3 accounts one plate not even ours and has been going on for a couple months. I've been working at Luke's for about a month and to see the mistreatment of workers first hand is heartbreaking. Even though Luke so called family brand makes more than Apple phone company daily workers are not allowed to work more than 40 hours a week. When there is a short staff or a worker calls off you're forced to work alone or risk getting pointed. I'm leaving this review on the corporate page as opposed to the specific car wash page I went to. I thought I would try Luke's subscription to their car washes. It's where you pay a monthly fee and you get unlimited washes {one per day}. I bought the basic subscription just to try it out and I'm glad I did. Since I bought the subscription I've tried to use the car wash four different times. The first time the license plate reading technology they utilize to track the vehicles did not work.
