First visit I was in so much pain Dr Mortimer had only the X-rays to go by but knew time was of the essence and was able to get me in within a week to have a shoulder replacement. I was not looking forward to 6 weeks in a brace but I had no pain and started PT within the week. After 4 weeks the bone had filled in and was able to get rid of the brace earlier then predetermined. I have nothing but praise for BHOSC. Prior to my hip replacement surgery, I was so very limited in what I could do. Dr. Mortimer and that surgery changed my life. My recovery was as smooth as it could have been and the care I received from everyone involved was wonderful. When I talk about my surgery with friends, Dr. Mortimer is part of that conversation.
