I didn't have the best experience with Luke McDermott. He is obviously the professional and I was the patient. I feel the surgery was too aggressive, unfortunately resulting in me not being able to run. My meniscus was completely removed rather than taking a more conservative approach. Unfortunately this can't be undone which has resulted in me being having ongoing pain and swelling (years after the surgery).
Dr Luke is an amazing surgeon and has supportive staff after having a hip replacement 2 weeks ago I cannot believe how quickly I am progressing looking forward to a future without pain Helen L

If you're after the BEST on the Sunshine Coast, look no further than DR McDermott. My recent knee surgery was a solid 10/10 - with very minimal pain. I was up and walking right afterwards. I'd go as far as saying that Dr McDermott could possibly be the 8th wonder of the world. Hands down!!
