As a new patient with UT Health, I appreciate how the staff treated us with a warm and inviting welcome . Dr Burke was confident and knowledgeable about my health condition. I do believe my issues will be resolved in a timely manner.
Dr Burke is very thorough and concerned about my symptoms, vertigo.
Waited 1.5 hours beyond my appointment time, stated would be maybe 20 more minutes, then I decided to cancel my appointment. Should've checked the reviews before I accepted my general physicians referral
Horrible experience. I have never been so dismissed and gaslit by a doctor. If it is not an easy fix, he has no interest in actually helping you and will make you feel like you're crazy. Go somewhere else if you actually want help with your ear.
