Waited 1.5 hours beyond my appointment time, stated would be maybe 20 more minutes, then I decided to cancel my appointment. Should've checked the reviews before I accepted my general physicians referral
Horrible experience. I have never been so dismissed and gaslit by a doctor. If it is not an easy fix, he has no interest in actually helping you and will make you feel like you're crazy. Go somewhere else if you actually want help with your ear.
Horrible experience. I should have listened to my husband. The MA was fine, but the doctor rushed through my appointment barely gave me time to respond to anything he asked. Then he ordered some test all to not actually send the order. I get a call the day before my test is scheduled from the imaging facility to tell me they have been trying to contact the office but never get an answer. Which I know is true because I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone. So now I have to reschedule my imaging to give more time for s... read more
What a waste of time seeing this individual of a doctor. Dr Luke was in a rush, not listening to the patient, extremely concerned about his mistreatment towards elderly patients, He rushing and lack of caring are an abomination. Go see another ENT doctor.
I saw Dr. Luke Burke at TMC.. everyone was great.. fast courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable quick and concise and solved my issues in no time.
