They turned my window AC dump into a lean mean central air machine. All of the work looks really nice. Good attention to detail and got things done fast. Give them a call.
After some time passed from my previous review on their bad customer service. i decided to give them one more shot as my wife and I really did like doing business with them prior to the one bad experience caused by the old lady who answers the phone. Maybe it was just an off day for them. It wasn't. They straight up said NO like they were a victim or something rather than appreciating a former customer giving them another shot. Even more pathetic. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Drove 35 mi from Marion, granted. Made some suggestions about my AC. But could not fix the toilet. They looked at the toilet. They could not fix the RUNNING TOILET. The name of the company is Luke's Heating Cooling and Plumbing Inc. Note: PLUMBING. They charged me $367 for this. This is the first time I've ever gone to the trouble of leaving a review, anywhere. I wish I would have read them first. go figure
Called for a plugged toilet, the guy showed up for 10 minutes, gave up and told me to call a professional. They then billed me $92. When I called to ask why, he told me he had to drive 12 miles to my house. I told him that's not how this works. You were hired for a job, you didn't have the skill to complete it, it is not my responsibility to compensate your incompetence.
