I finally sought the help of an osteopath (that was highly recommended to me) after the pain in my left knee continued to increase. My X-rays showed “mild osteoarthritis”. The pain was so searing it took my breath away! My groin starting giving out as well. It only took Luke Grace about 15 minutes to diagnose that my fibula head was out of alignment.
