I have a genuine fear of dentists, and it usually takes me a long time to even get myself into a dental chair (even though I LOVE the clean teeth feeling). The first time I visited was because one of my teeth was chipped. Dr Luke treated me, and the experience was excellent, so I returned for a check-up and cleaning. On my second visit, I was seen by a different dentist, and unfortunately the treatment felt very rough and uncomfortable. I contacted reception to ask whether I could change back to Dr Luke, but I was told that choosing a specific dentist isn’t possible. I was also disappointed with the way the receptionist responded. Unfortunately my original dentist left this practice and was seen by a different one. He seemed very unenthusiastic about his job and when asked ,he said it was better hours than medicine . Temporary crown fell out twice. No problem but had been given no advice or instructions Reception staff were also less than enthusiastic . I asked for a different dentist but got the same one. Really couldn't wait to get out of there. Sorry.
