I tried calling Luke Dunn dental about my husband being seen as he broke his tooth and is in agony. They booked him in for next week. I explained the situation and that he really needs to see someone now, but the half wit girl on reception refused to change appointments or even suggest an emergency dental service. She didn't know and said they wouldn't be around because its a holiday over the week end. Im sick of useless people who can't do there job.
Great service, great staff, Nick & Mikaela were awesome.. heading back soon.. 👍
I have a genuine fear of dentists, and it usually takes me a long time to even get myself into a dental chair (even though I LOVE the clean teeth feeling). The first time I visited was because one of my teeth was chipped. Dr Luke treated me, and the experience was excellent, so I returned for a check-up and cleaning. On my second visit, I was seen by a different dentist, and unfortunately the treatment felt very rough and uncomfortable. Unfortunately my original dentist left this practice and was seen by a different one. He seemed very unenthusiastic about his job and when asked ,he said it was better hours than medicine . Temporary crown fell out twice. No problem but had been given no advice or instructions Reception staff were also less than enthusiastic . I asked for a different dentist but got the same one. Really couldn't wait to get out of there. Sorry.
