I unfortunately had a bad experience here. I used to see Dean who was great, but this last time I saw a new dentist that did 3 fillings very quickly. After the fillings I had pain in one of them for over 2 months. I went back twice saying about my pain and was brushed off that it was because I clenched my jaw when I was sleeping. This wasn’t the case, the filling wasn’t done correctly, as I ended up going to a different dentist and getting it taken out and redone and it was fixed. I had Dr Bianca and she was fantastic. She comes across as very kind and non judgmental (we all know that fear of the dentist judgement). I also had a mouthguard fitted by her. It needed a slight adjustment so I went in again and it only took a few minutes and was no hassle to fix. Would recommend:)

I had a number of disappointing experiences at this dental practice. There was a clear lack of interest in upholding Australian standards around “partnering with consumers,” which left me feeling disempowered and dismissed. Communication throughout my appointments was poor, both in clarity and consistency, and my concerns were not properly acknowledged or addressed.
