Dr. Donatelli is a very considerate, professional, and knowledgeable physician. I would recommend going to him for any issues requiring an Otolaryngologist. He was kind enough to follow up with results off hours and I will be going to him for all future visits.
Dr Donatelli recently performed sinus surgery on my boyfriend. The entire process has been a wonderful experience. St Francis Hospital was spectacular as well. Dr Donatelli has a great way of making you feel comfortable. He is very patient. He takes as much time as he needs with you & never makes you feel rushed. He made a dreaded surgery into a very easy experience. He is one of the best & I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
I had been going to him for several years and he became upset and childish once I complained about waiting for over 1 hour. I feel that as patients it is ridiculous when we are made to wait for more than 30 min. But God forbid if we are late. From then on he was rude as was his nurse. Wow touchy touchy I guess patients time is NOT valuable. I continued trying to go to him thinking that professionalism should win over petty issues. I am not going ever again after this last visit. He never really helped my condition anyway.
