Left my name and number on his cell. He called and we spoke briefly. He was driving at the time and said he would return my call the next day when he was settled and we could then go over things and that he would submit a bid on building my home. Almost a week now...haven't heard from him. Doesn't seem like such a good start to a builder/client relationship. I decided not to reach out again. Luke Deen Custom Homes created a fabulous outdoor living space for me recently. The teams working for Luke were timely, creative and professional. Each day the cleanup was done with care, no mess left, no tools to step over, etc. Luke was on site several times each day, checking to be sure everything was going smoothly. He is very reachable, always making certain I was clear on next steps. What a wonderful experience with this company! I’d use Luke Deen Custom Homes again in a flash! Strongly recommend this company!

Luke Deen is the best contractor I've ever hired. Very easy to deal with, punctual, involved, and very qualified. He treats his sub-contractors with respect and they, in turn, are clearly loyal to him and turn out very high quality work. He completed a very substantial project for me in less than two months with scheduled activity every day and almost zero wasted time. I am a Realtor in the DFW area. I called to ask Luke about pricing. Before getting any information he began to be rude, noting that he doesn't base price per sqft and that's not how he works. I explained that was fine, I was just trying to understand his cost and there was no need to be rude. He then told me to shut the F**k up and hung up. Very unprofessional.
