Initial set up of insurance was easy and accommodating in office. Now with yearly renewals, it's great that it can be done over the phone.

We've been with American Family, first the Ketter agency and now Birschbach, for almost 50 years. The service has been nothing short of outstanding. I also do compare prices and have found once or twice over the years where someone else has been substantially less expensive and went with them. But, as for now, all of my home, liability and vehicle insurance is with them and I have no plans to change. Highly recommend them!
