I had a great experience with Luke Johnson at Horizon Law. He listened to my concerns, came up with several options for resolving the issue, and after making the best all round choice, took care of it in a timely manner. He is very personable, knowledgeable, collaborative and efficient. His assistant, Avery, was friendly, always responsive to my calls and very efficient as well. I would highly recommend Luke and Horizon Law for anyone who needs help with estate issues.
I absolutely do not recommend this lawyer. Not only did he fail to disclose the benefits of Trusts vs Wills, he failed to provide the proper POA for my Father. A Durable Medical and Financial POA, only relevant upon the medically certified inability of the grantor to make decisions for themselves. I suggest first researching everything and insisting that things are handled with your beneficiaries in mind. EDIT: No I was not the client my Father was. I stand by my review. This law firm is not worth your time.
