Apparently Lukas is too bust counting their money to properly train their staff. They are disorganized, rude, and have a chip on their shoulder. After visiting the store for the 3rd time trying to sign up for their Pappy Van Winklle lottery, I was told that the lottery was closed and only the first two hundred people can register. That was the first time anyone gave me that piece of information. The last time I was there on Sept 2nd to sign up, I was told that the lottery registration would be from Sept 7 to Sept 30.
