We were really pleased with Larry. He done a excellent job for us.
The AC in our house was blowing but not cold so I had a big name A/C company come take a look. That technician said we had a cracked compressor and quoted us $7,400 minus some discounts to repair it. I called Larry Knight at Eight Point Air (one man business) to get a quote on repairing the compressor since $7,400 for an repair is crazy and he quoted $3,500 but said that was a really strange diagnosis. Honestly Larry is the best service technician I’ve ever had in my life, he super personable and professional and very timely and trustworthy these big A/C companies have nothing on him. If I could give more stars I would 10/10 would call again.
Larry was exceptional. He communicated clearly, was prompt and showed up on time, was very patient to answer all our questions, extremely knowledgeable, DID NOT try to up-sell us services that we don't need. We highly recommend Larry & will be using him for any future needs!
