We have now bought and sold a home with Lukas so have seen both ends of the transaction. There is no one we’d prefer to use in the Truckee Tahoe area. This time we were selling our house and he helped us navigate what improvements were worth paying for to get the home listed and what wouldn’t make enough of an impact for the cost.
