Is the Kemah location permanently closed? There is a "Restaurant for Lease" banner on the wall. Google reviews should it was open today so I went but it was dark inside and then I saw the banner.
Owner was friendly and understanding when we took a bit longer to get to the restaurant (in our defense the one by kemha has the same phone number). Food was absolutely amazing. Tender, Flavorful and all around great. Serving size is plenty too. Highly recommend the fried mushrooms!
I used to live over by Luka's in Clear Lake and was missing their chopped bbq sandwiches. I had a chopped bbq sandwich and a turkey plate delivered and it was as good as I remembered. If you're in the mood for some tasty local bbq give 'em a try, you won't be sorry.
Attempted to order over the phone.....after several minutes of repeating the order BBQ potato, 1lb Sliced Brisket, and 1/2 lb of Ribs. French fries and BBQ sauce on the side. ...the individual answering the phone said let me ask....put me on hold twice and said "yes"..then repeated an order that was not what I asked for ...The line was open so he was not speaking to anyone else. Wow, best steak I've had in a long time and the side salad was a very good size. My daughter and I went there and had the special, 2 10oz ribeyes, salads and baked potatoes for $49.00!! Was worth much more, go and be pleasantly surprised!!!
