Erin is fantastic at what she does! I have very straight, fine, but thick hair. When I get a mediocre haircut it really shows. I've only had fantastic, beautifully blended cuts at Lujo, with great styling to finish it off. Erin is also a lovely person - so great to talk to! Thanks so much Lujo!
After arriving from Australia I picked Lujo Hair Salon from a google search and will never regret it. Best haircut I have ever had, and she was confident enough to change the cut half way through as she got to know my hair. Erin is a beautiful person too. I might have to take her back to Australia with me!
I was extremely disappointed with the customer experience. The entire process of trying to make a booking was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. From the very beginning, the communication was poor, and I was met with a surprisingly rude and unprofessional attitude when I called to make the reservation. The tone and manner in which my queries were handled were unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I had expected a much higher standard of service, and this experience fell far below those expectations.... read more
