REAL DOPE BUSINESS EVEN DOPPER PRICES
I just had my floating vinyl floors completed today and If I must say I am impressed with this company from start to finish. Pedro the owner came to my house and explained everything to me quickly and with no pressure. I decided a couple days later to move forward after I had one other company that came out with a long presentation and a lot more money. The installers were unbelievable and did a amazing job on everything including the clean up. If you want a floor installed I highly recommend this company.
Not happy with their customer service through phone or email, especially Luis and Pedro. They lack empathy and you feel like a burden talking to them. They don't even follow up with you when they say they will. Dissappinted. Will find another company.
Amazing experience from beginning to end, would highly recommend for any flooring needs, Julie was amazing and always available when needed to make sure the we were taken care of!
Super easy to work with, everything was done as they said, Definitely ask for Julie,, she was amazing
