A worker/associate/family member of this company was driving through my neighborhood and threw the trash from his truck into my neighbors lawn, then looked back in his rear view mirror and laughed while I was behind him at a stop light. When confronted about it he threatened to sue me, and even had someone else message me doing the same on his behalf. I would NOT give this company my business seeing how they disrespect the community and homes of the people that they serve, and I’ll let my neighbors know the same.
This company just prevented customers from entering Public Storage in Danbury from entering our rented property WAY BEFORE OFFICIAL CLOSING TIME. I came with a rented Uhaul full of items to put into my new storage unit because I'm moving out of my apartment TOMORROW, yet now my plans are completely and disastrously altered. My entire move schedule is now messed up. I am horrified they would close the entire facility themselves, even though it is open till 9pm every day.
