Luisa substituted with my broker/agent to come see a house that I had noticed online. Luisa was punctual, enthusiastic, and gave good tips about what to ask the listing agent. Because this was my first experience home buying, I felt unsure of how to approach shopping, what to look at and consider when buying, and she even vocalized some of my questions to the listing agent while we were touring the home. Luisa Ramos was my realtor during a very reluctant and troubling time. If it were not for her things would of turned out differently. Her courtesy and friendly style along with extreme knowledge of knowing all the rules on the spot. All this gave me comfort and allowed my place to be under an contract in less than 2 weeks!!!
