I'd give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO THERE. First of all I waited three hours to get called behind the reception area, assuming I'd be seen. There were only 3 patients at the time. I had to then sit for another 20 minutes. There were three staff members in that area. One finally came over and said they were gonna ask me questions about my health then I would get a blood test that the doctor will talk to me about. I'm like what?!! Unfortunately, they do not know how to run an office. I have called on 5 different days and left voicemails to make appointments but have never received any calls back. For obvious reasons, I cannot recommend going to see a doctor that can’t be reached.
Dr. Pérez is very responsible, organized and caring with her patients. She’s very dedicated to her work. I remember an instance where she took her time to explain to me with details everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend her to everybody!
Uno se muere antes que lo atiendan. Hay que esperar más de dos 2 horas para ver a la doctora y no vale la pena hacer una cita. No le dicen a uno que la doctora no va todos los días. O sea, que si hizo un cita para un día, no es garantizado ver la doctora ese mismo día. No hay urgencia para nada, no explican lo que van a hacer. El proceso es un desastre y las asistentes de la doctora ni saben que lo que están haciendo.
