I arrived 2 minutes late for my appointment. The front desk staff asked me to wait and carried on with a personal conversation for several more minutes until I asked for service. I requested an assessment for POTS and was given a cursory tilt table test before being told I don't have it. Later, more thorough testing from another provider concludes I do. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! One of the staff members called me at 7:33am. Seriously? And it was to confirm an appointment for today at 3. But in my planner it says 1. GARBAGE 🗑️ STAFF.
