EDITED review: Unfortunately, during my last visit with DR. Vega I was disappointed. I had been to the ER days before and it was discovered that I have severe spinal stenosis. Upon Dr Vega finding this out he left the room and reentered with the results and a controlled substance agreement. I had not requested nor did I receive any new medication and was left with the agreement not really explained, further, I received absolutely no copy of the agreement.
