I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction with Dr. Luis Vazquez last month, and I’m so glad he was my surgeon. He made a complex procedure feel simple and kept me calm and well-informed the whole way through. Beyond being incredibly skilled, he’s also genuinely personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so much better. I felt like he cared about me as a person, not just as a patient. Highly recommend!
Dr Luis Vasquez lacks compassion as well as knowledge about natural redheads and our lack of pain tolerance. He did not give me enough numbing medication for the procedure. During the first procedure I was begging him to stop. He did not, saying we were almost done. The 2nd half of the procedure a few weeks later I was again in extreme pain, and he did finally pause to give me more of the numbing agent. Don't waste your time, just look it up on webMD. My husband had blood allergy testing, we paid $800+ to the lab, we never got results, feedback from testing, or any acknowledgement of the dr ever getting the tests back. Just said you're ok see you in 1yr. Unfortunately husband's symptoms have gotten worse and now we're spending money with another E.N.T.
