I wish I could give zero or negative stars. Dr. Luis Vazquez was one of the most arrogant and dismissive doctors I’ve ever encountered. He completely lacked bedside manner and treated me with condescension from the moment he walked into the room. Despite clear, well-documented evidence of my medical condition, he smugly insisted it “wasn’t possible” given my age — as if medical conditions only follow textbook timelines. I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction with Dr. Luis Vazquez last month, and I’m so glad he was my surgeon. He made a complex procedure feel simple and kept me calm and well-informed the whole way through. Beyond being incredibly skilled, he’s also genuinely personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so much better. I felt like he cared about me as a person, not just as a patient. Highly recommend!
