The admistrator and doctor did not apologize for making me wait 1 hour past appointment time. I had been tellling them it has past appointment half an hour, they told me I came to the appointment half an hour early, and didn't call me in until half an hour later (exactly 1 hour after appointment time). When I was inside management came to shout at me for complaining earlier even though I had said I din't need to see manager, only the doctor. I was nervous to have a different doctor as my OBGYN for my first pregnancy, but Dr. Santiago and his wife were extremely patient, knowledgeable, caring, and I would definitely use them in the future!
