No complaints about the doctor or the NPS however I've had issues with the medical staff referral orders/ prior authorizations and me having to continuously call to get it sent out and recently they did not call me to go over my results for a procedure a month prior. I shouldn't have had to miss work etc to see my results and find out my visit to the specialist was unneeded when they could have told me a month prior over the phone especially for something the NP said they would call me about. I love calling Dr.Rochin my PCP. As a Mayo trained nurse married to a physcian, I would like to think I know a little about medicine. There are very few people I truly trust here but I put all my trust in Dr.Rochin and his incredible NP Kathie Rosario. I do not have words to express my appreciation for them. Thier medical knowledge base and professionalism have been unbelievable.
I have gone here several times and always wait 1.5 to 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. Clearly the doctor and the staff do not respect their patients’ time. I would go elsewhere for your care.
I have had 2 appointments with in the past week. I had one at 230 am and the other at 1045 am both I have had to wait for over 1.5 to 2 hours. What the hell is the point of my appointment if I can't see the doctor at that time. I have other stuff to do in the day. I can't be waiting all day until they are ready. Another thing they finally calm me in only to check my vitals just for that person to say we don't have any rooms available. She the proceeds to walk me past an empty room no one is using.
