I had an ablation done with Dr Rechani 3 weeks ago and honestly this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor and doctor's office. Nothing has been smooth or easy. Scheduling the procedure took almost 3 weeks. The morning of the procedure, the doctor only came to see me before because I requested to see him and he never came to see me after. I am very dissatisfied with the unprofessional attitude of one of the people who answers the phone for appointments at the Miami Lakes Medical office. Her name is MARIA, she definitely thinks she works at a Mc Donalds, she hung up the phone on my mother three times after she tried to get an urgent appointment after a health setback which kept her hospitalized for 4 days at ICU of Kendall Regional Hospital, it is very unpleasant that someone who should be working on a farm planting vegetables is actually working with a great ... read more
