Wonderful doctor who is thorough and efficient with health care.
disregarded my father came to this doctor for some health concerns due to high blood pressure, all he did was prescribe a bunch of medication at once which has resulted my dad worse health issues. when my dad did a follow up about the issues he was facing this doctor brushed him off and told him to go the ER instead. now we have to wait longer for additional testing for my dads health when this could’ve been handled so much better. what kind of doctor just brushes off his patient? I was sent to him by the Renown Urgent Care. I arrived 10 minutes before 2:00, at the UNR Sports Medicine facility. The place was empty, just a couple of patients from a different Dr. I decided to leave the Dr. office after waiting for an hour. Dr. Palacios appeared magically when I was leaving. Luis Palacio was very thorough, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and attentive. I visited him for a chronic should injury, and have seen a couple other doctors regarding my issues, and he spent the most time and did the most tests out of any of them. He included me in his findings and what he suggested for a treatment. I felt very pleased with my visit with him and was very happy that I was able to find him for my doctor. He was exceptional!!! Dr. Palacio is an awesome doctor. I used him a yr ago for shots in my knee due to arthritis. I was scared getting them the first time. He explained the procedure to me and was gentle when giving me the shot. After that the rest were easy. Now that I lost weight I no longer need them. Thank you Dr. Palacio for making my life easier and pain free.
