Shout out to Lui's garage! I was 6m overdue on a service, car was spluttering and I needed it fixed by Friday as I'm going away and O truky didnt trust it!. Lui did an amazing job, got me in within a few days and was really lovely. He showed me the parts he removed and fixed a puncture I had....God knows how he even found it as the metal was tiny! I went to this garage for a starting issue with my vehicle. The owner seemed very kind, but the mechanic came over and got involved in the conversation, and he was very arrogant with me. He clearly treated me like a fool and didn't even give me a chance to explain my starting issue, as he kept interrupting me to tell me that it was going to cost me money. In the end, I didn’t leave my vehicle at this garage because of this lack of professionalism.
Luis is simply a true generous person. I came to check if he could repair an issue on my Pajero. Unfortunaly, not much was doable and he still gave me a hand on some others issue by pure altruism. Definitely recommand this kind of place, managed by someone genuine & helpful.
Honest and reliable Italian guy! He's an old man so he can't do hard jobs, but the very good thing on the other side, if you buy a car/van, and need to do some work on it, he can check it and assess what's urgent to do and what's not important. I saved loads of money thanks to his advice! Definitely recommended!
