I arrived at the shop at 7:00 AM, but they didn’t open until after 9:00 AM. The owner, Luis, still hadn’t arrived, and by 1:00 PM I was still waiting. I needed to pick up my truck, but he never showed up. This caused a major delay and wasted a lot of my time. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time.
I had been coming to this place since I started as a driver three years ago. And when I became an owner-operator two years ago, I wouldn't even think of going to anywhere else. Luis and his technician are very professional, accurate, honest and they know what they are doing. The price for the labor is very affordable and reasonable And they will never try To charge you for unnecessary Extended amount of time. They are extraordinary fast and get your truck fixed and back on the road in an outstanding short period of time.
