May quite possibly be the worst experience with a doctor that my family has ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband established Lopez as a Primary Care doctor a couple of years ago & saw him for debilitating neck pain. We saw some specialists recommended for that scenario, case closed. Fast forward about a year & a half later (December 2023) & we made a routine office visit with Lopez again to discuss preventative medicine options for chronic migraines. Patients beware! TGMG group exaggerates basic symptom description, not sure why... Dr Lopez, whom I have yet to meet, had his assistant call me a couple of hours before my appointment to direct me to the ER instead for a full blood panel. Seriously? No, thank you! ER is for emergencies only. I know my condition isn't urgent nor dire, hence my booking a regular appointment. Was it an excuse to free his calendar?
