My Elderly mother goes here, and could never be seen. Every time we call for assistance, they tell us to go to urgent care. Unbelievable! Looking for a new PCM.
I had a very disappointing experience with a gastroenterologist at BayCare Medical Group, and I strongly advise others to avoid this physician. After seeing him for nine months due to ongoing stomach pain, he dismissed my concerns and suggested that I was lying about my symptoms. It became clear to me that it was time to find a new doctor. I believe this doctor should not hold a medical license, and I urge the medical board to investigate his practice. Additionally, the front staff was equally inadequate.
Dr. Lopez is OK . I would rate him about a 3. He’s part of TGMG and therefore it’s not easy to get to him directly. All Appts go through their general call center or portal. He has way TOO many patients & the wait to get in to see him can be 3 months + most of the time. His office has canceled 2 Appts on me in the past, no reasons given. Just “Contact the office to reschedule”! Recently, I ordered a script at my Pharmacy with about a 7 day supply left which normally is enough time.
