I was a first time homebuyer and thought my experience with Bryan Cohen would be a pleasant one. Initially, his communication was great but things drastically changed towards the end. He made a lot of empty promises and made some alarming mistakes with my loan estimate. It wasn't until I brought it to their attention that it was even corrected. My trust with him is completely broken. I wouldn't recommend using his branch unless you have additional quotes from other lenders to keep them honest.
