Luis is amazing- he catered our wedding for 60 people with the most delicious Spanish tapas and paella- and even with one of our helpers backing out, he pulled it off seamlessly and helped make our wedding day perfect. He is professional and talented and I recommend him for any of your catering or private chef needs!

Luis was an absolute pleasure to work with I highly recommend! I was planning a corporate sales event from out of state in Las Vegas and Chef Luis had great communication and was very helpful along the way, and flexible with requests.
