Awesome personality! Excellent doctor. I recently saw Dr. Ruiz for the first time. I couldn't find any reviews about him anywhere. So I took a leap of face when his office could get me in quickly. I am so glad I did. He is one of those rare few who actually listen. :) I did not feel rushed at all. And so appreciated that. He went the extra mile to provide information on several fronts. Knowledgeable and personable - and competent to boost! I am so happy he has come to West Texas.
Dr. Ruiz is a really wonderful doctor. He listens, explains, and truly shows he cares. I feel like he sincerely wants to help with any problems or concerns and even goes so far as to check in with you on your progress. He is empathetic and professional and that, to me, is what I want in a doctor for women's health. I also am happy to say that when I have reached out to the office, by phone or email, Dr. Ruiz has been quick to respond and his nurses are super helpful and kind.
