Excellent team, highly recommended. They helped me buy my first home, and the experience was very pleasant. They are very professional, and communication was always excellent. If plan A doesn't work, Luis Colón always has a plan B to help the buyer make their dreams come true.

I looked for it already having a business before with some numbers but I needed a better business. When I explained him the business that I already had, he told me that it was not possible that he was going to get me a better business. I spent a lot of money in appraisals, surveys, etc some paperwork, plus I spent almost 8 months on this and in the end of the day the business that he planted for me was worse than the one I already had. Luis Colon is excellent at what he does. He gave me the best advice when it came to purchase my first home. He took really great care of me and serviced me with the best interest. Was always honest and realistic. Me and my family appreciated his services and will recommend to anyone that is purchasing a home. Definitely will look into doing business again with him in the future.
