I looked for it already having a business before with some numbers but I needed a better business. When I explained him the business that I already had, he told me that it was not possible that he was going to get me a better business. I spent a lot of money in appraisals, surveys, etc some paperwork, plus I spent almost 8 months on this and in the end of the day the business that he planted for me was worse than the one I already had.
