This review is more the office staff vs doctor. The office service has been disappointing. Their strict policy of requiring insurance documents at every visit - without exception - is unreasonable. Being turned away despite recently being seen shows lack of flexibility and consideration for patients. Most offices only update insurance information annually unless something changes.
