I came in for a simple car inspection. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, so I waited. Those 20 minutes stretched into an hour and a half. By then, my inspection had already expired, so I had no choice but to stick it out. What frustrated me most was watching staff chat with new customers walking in while those of us already waiting were ignored. There was no sense of urgency or respect for anyone's time. They been helpful with the last 3!cars I owned I love how they check in the work and then remember your name and vehicle after so long. I love that they are very attentive and very nice people.
