I’ve been going to Dr. Gutierrez for the last 4 years and I feel as if things have shifted because I had an insurance change. I was once on Medicaid now I’m having to be on Obamacare till October. I had United Healthcare as my insurance. They bill me and tell me my portion of what’s left in my insurance plan is $60. Please explain to me how the office staff is not aware of how to take payments? They can’t see payment information and yet I get the insurance on the phone and they’re still confused.
