La persona que está en la recepción, la señorita podrá ser un poco mas educada y menos sarcastica, la educación dar los Buenos dias al abrir la cerradura de la puerta a las 8 am no cuesta nada abrir la puerta para que los pacientes que están afuera sepan que se abrió el lugar, no solo quitar la cerradura y darse media vuelta . La educación es parte de la atención al paciente o al público aparte de que crea un buen habiente laboral

Absolutely terrible experience. I have been waiting TWO MONTHS for a prescription, only to finally receive the wrong one. That is unacceptable and honestly dangerous. The communication at this office is a disaster. Every time I called for updates, I was told they “faxed it to the pharmacy.” This is 2026! How is a medical office still blaming everything on fax machines instead of using modern systems to communicate with patients and pharmacies properly?
