Dr. Espina is a caring knowledgeable doctor. When people complain they have to wait it is because the doctor takes his time to give the best care possible and answer any concerns each person has. That is worth the wait, to get that amount of care and time when it’s my turn with the doctor. Also the staff greets you with a smile, and are very nice to everyone that walks in the door not to mention the wonderful girl that does the work up prior to seeing the doctor. HORRIBLE!!! Would not recommend to anyone. The staff is awful. I called 5 days ago, waiting to speak with the dr. still no call. Called again today about 7 or more times finally got someone on the phone, only to be told that i'd have to pay a copay to speak with the dr. this is all to just go over blookwork - meanwhile it was taken 3 months ago. when I said maybe I need a new dr. she hung up on me.
