Extremely unprofessional and impossible to reach. No Communication: Left countless unreturned phone messages and emails. Absent from Office: Never present at the Bartlesville location. Zero Accountability: Even after asking Public Defender Attorney Sanders to help me get in contact, Mr. Ortiz failed to follow up. A total lack of basic professional courtesy. I would not use his services now, as this poor communication reflects how he runs his business. My advice: Save your time and find someone reliable.
Luis works hard and immediately gets to work for you. You can tell he truly cares for his clients and children's best interests. He knows his business. I truly appreciate Luis and all he is doing so far and I know he will continue to fight the good fight.
