I have worked for several specialties and multiple clinics/hospitals, both clinical and clerical positions, this in mind, I assure you I did not have unreasonable expectations and I was not rude or demanding towards the staff in any way. This was a Horrible experience. They failed to send any documents to my insurance for a very important test, which caused my testing to be denied coverage.
