Wasted 2 weeks trying to refill my birth control. They don’t answer the pharmacy, they don’t return any calls. I walked up to the office during regular business hours still on hold with the answering service. Door is locked and no cars in the lot. I’m assuming they are closed? It would be nice if they at least said that on their message instead of allowing hundreds of people to leave messages for no reason… what a waste of time. Now I have to find a new ob and wait for an appointment to get my birth control!!!
I was going here back in 2021 when I was pregnant with my daughter. Office staff was nice, just didn't like nurse Jane. She seemed rude most of the time. Even short & dry responses. I didn't look forward to having her as my doctor for some appointments.
Dr Usuga and staff are great! I definitely recommend you coming to this Doctor.
The staff is very rude. The Doctor and physician's assistants are pill pushers. I would not recommend.
