I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr Neve regardless the issues I am having. I am confident of his diagnosis and plan to correct what ails me.
I was a new patient and was sent to do more test. I did my test called the office back to make an appointment no one has called me back. Called again to make an appointment to go over my results still no call back to schedule an appointment. Called the third time spoke to the call center. Think her name was Jane she was suppose to be reaching out to the office manager and I still have not got a call back. Not very professional at all.!!! Very disappointed!!!
Great doctor solved two issues . Listens and is very knowledgeable.
